The first word that comes to my mind is cyanide. Not for any other reason but for being the only thing I could think of which was as powerful in a small dose as this verse.

So powerful. like all of your writing. This one has a trick in it, the frist half makes you use your tongue carefully because of the correct diction required so the ending tongue reference just hits home in a big way, also you are a brilliant poet, the best I’ve ever met.

I like the click-clatter rhythm of this piece. It rolls well, kind of like GM Hopkins poem.
